Mr Otunga is a seasoned professional teacher who rose up the ranks becoming Principal of Tonga Secondary, Our Lady of Mercy Ringa Boys High School, and St Joseph’s School, Rapogi. Mr. Otunga holds a B.ED degree from CUEA and a Masters’s degree in Project Planning and Management (UON). Besides, he equally has a Diploma in Education Management from Kenya Education Management Institute (KEMI). He now heads the Department of Finance and Economic Planning in the Migori County Government.
