The Pastor Dorcas Rigathi Foundation, in collaboration with the esteemed Mama Agnes Ochilo Foundation, is proud to announce its bold initiative aimed at empowering and transforming the lives of widows in Uriri, Awendo, and Rongo subcounties. By allocating a substantial financial grant amounting to Ksh. 1,500,000 for use in rearing of fish in fishponds.

These six widows groups will harness the potential of aquaculture farming, revolutionizing their livelihoods and propelling them towards economic independence. With a focus on sustainability and empowerment, this initiative not only equips the widows with the necessary resources but also instills newfound confidence and entrepreneurial skills within them.
