Oscar Olima is credited as an efficient and conscientious professional in Public policy, public relations, Administration, Information and Communications Technologies and Management with over 20 years of active work experience in Kenya and internationally.
He is a holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from Columbia Southern University, a Master of Science degree in Business Information Systems from New Jersey Institute of Technology, as well as a Master Of Science degree in Digital Forensics and Cryptography from The American Military University. He has also pursued PhD studies at the department of Learning Technologies – University of North Texas. He is as well an Artificial Intelligence Analyst and a CISCO Certified Networking Associate from the University of Central England.
He has served as Director, Information Technology Centre at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He has previously held similar Technology Management position at Maseno University, The United Staes Postal Service stationed out of Houston Texas, The ICT University in Baton Rouge Louisianna, USA as well as The Deep East Texas Council Of Governments in Texas, USA.
He currently serves as the County Secretary and Head of County Public Service in the County Government of Migori, where he also is the Secretary to County Executive Committee.
