Mr. John Ochieng

Coordinates the preparation of the County Integrated Development Plan, Annual Development Plan and budget estimates.

Accounting and Financial Reporting

CPA Alice Nyamweya

Manages treasury operations, payment processing, financial accounting and preparation of financial statements.

Revenue Management

Mr. George Odongo

Oversees local revenue collection, enforcement and revenue enhancement strategies.

Supply Chain Management

Ms. Esther Ombai

Handles all county procurement, stores management and asset disposal in accordance with PPADA 2015.

Maurice Otunga MIGORIHon. Maurice Otunga is the County Executive Committee Member (CECM) for Finance and Economic Planning in the Migori County Government. Appointed by Governor Dr. Ochilo Ayacko, he manages the county’s fiscal policies, public debt, resource mobilization, and budget formulation. Prior to entering public administration, Mr. Otunga had a distinguished career in education, serving as the Principal of prestigious regional schools including St. Joseph's School, Rapogi, Our Lady of Mercy Ringa Boys, and Tonga Secondary School.
