Migori County is witnessing a transformative wave in its healthcare sector, thanks to decisive leadership and strategic lobbying by H.E Governor Ochilo Ayacko. In a powerful statement, the Governor outlined a series of healthcare milestones achieved through collaboration with the Ministry of Health set to uplift health services across the region.
Speaking after a consultative meeting with Medical Services Principal Secretary Dr. Ouma Oluga, Governor Ayacko emphasized that external support was vital to rescue a struggling healthcare system he inherited. Through targeted interventions, the county has now secured essential programs, infrastructure, and digitization support from the national government.
“These are not just promises, they are tangible results of focused leadership and our deep commitment to the people of Migori,” Governor Ayacko stated.
