Migori County Governor, Dr. Ochilo Ayacko, recently hosted a delegation from the African Centre for Advanced Learning (ACAL) during a courtesy visit to his office. The meeting centered on evaluating the First Annual Performance of 45 counties under the Second Kenya Urban Support Program. This initiative aims to assess the counties’ preparedness and performance against the program’s minimum conditions and standards.
During the discussions, both parties emphasized the importance of meeting these benchmarks to ensure sustainable urban development.
