Hon. Dr. Ochilo George Mbogo Ayacko is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and the Supreme Court with extensive experience in legal practice.

He specializes in Legislative Drafting, Commercial Law, Pro Bono Legal Services, Conveyance Law, Mining Law, Nuclear Law, Industrial Relations Unions & Employment Law, Planning, Environment, Local Government & Land Court Law and General Practice. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, a Managing Partner in the firm of RON Advocates.

Mr. Otunga holds a B.ED degree from CUEA and a Masters’s degree in Project Planning and Management (UON). Besides, he equally has a Diploma in Education Management from Kenya Education Management Institute (KEMI). He now heads the Department of Finance and Economic Planning in the Migori County Government.

With an illustrious career spanning several decades, Hon. Opondi has left an indelible mark on various sectors, showcasing his unwavering commitment to public service. He has been the CECM of Environment, Natural Resources, Climate Change and Disaster Management and currently the CECM of Public Health and Medical Services.
