Dr. Ochilo Ayacko, Governor of Migori County, today had a productive meeting with the Kenya National Union of Teachers (KNUT) – Kuria West branch. Also in attendance was Honorable Mathias Robi, the Member of Parliament representing the area.
During the meeting, the teachers Union discussed various educational issues affecting the region and explored potential solutions. Some of the key topics that were addressed include improving the quality of education, ensuring adequate teacher staffing levels, and addressing infrastructure challenges in schools.
Governor Ayacko emphasized his commitment to providing quality education for the children of Migori County. He acknowledged the important role that teachers play in shaping the future of the county’s youth and expressed gratitude towards KNUT and the Kuria West branch for their dedication to the profession.
