H.E Dr. Ochilo Ayacko hosted a delegation from Centre for Disease control (CDC) led by the Country Director Dr. Amy Herman Roloff, who paid him a courtesy call at State house. They had fruitful discussions especially on areas of partnership such as fight against malaria and HIV/AIDS.
The governor extended his gratitude to the delegation, for the good working relationship and support the County government has received from CDC, recent being the partnership in procuring the DNA-PCR Molecular Diagnostic Machine, one of a kind in the entire Nyanza region in disease diagnosis.
Present were CECM Health Julius Nyerere, Chief officer Public Health Marble Chanzu, Chief Officer Medical services Samuel Atula among other County Officials.
