5.MC/HLT/Q11/16/2018-19 Supply and delivery of Laboratory Items for Renal Unit
6. MC/HLT/Q10/17/2018-19 Supply and delivery of Non- Pharmaceuticals
8. MC/HLT/Q10/18/2018-19 Supply and delivery of Nutrition Equipment
9. MC/HLT/Q11/19/2018-19 Supply and delivery of laboratory commodities
9. MC/HLT/Q10/21/2018-19 Supply and delivery of Male and Female patient uniforms
7. MC/HLT/Q10/22/2018-19 Supply and delivery of Non- Pharmaceuticals for Renal unit
ELIGIBILITY - Only Pre- Qualified Firms 2018-2020 Need apply
Closing/opening date - 12th November, 2018
Interested and eligible bidders may view and obtain the tender documents at a non-refundable fee of Kshs 1000/= in form of cash from Supply Chain Management office during normal working Days as from 8.00AM TO 5.00PM.
All Request for Quotations shall be given free of charge.
Duly completed applications enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with TENDER NAME and NUMBER and addressed to;
THE ACCOUNTING OFFICER, COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF MIGORI P.O. BOX 195 – 40400, SUNA- MIGORI
And deposited in the Tender Box located at the entrance of Supply Chain Management Office so as to be received not later than Monday 12th November 2018 at 10.00am.
Tenders shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected.
